sleep exercise and a healthy diet for teens

Hello, readers today I'm talking about sleep and exercise did you know that the average amount of sleep you need is between 8 to 10 hours but for adults, they don't need as much that's because we need to grow and when we exercise our heart pumps and grows really fast so that causes us to breathe fast to make sure that oxygen goes to our muscles most used.

I recommend a good and healthy diet for teens this seems like a good diet for at least one day.

    chili tasting

in science we are restretching about peppers the Carolina reaper is the hottest pepper in the world but actually pure capsicum is actually hotter and a cactus called resiniferatoxin is hotter but if you eat it you will die just because of its hotness and the chemical in peppers are 8-methyl-N-vanillyl-6-nonenamide and I just tried a chili from the bottle and i ate it and ran to the water fountain on the other side of the building and I came back and he said that it was 30% Carolina reaper pepper and now he said we have to say if water milk or coca-cola will make the hotness go down so water did not coca-cola will not either but milk will and all the equipment we need water coca-cola milk Carolina reaper sauce and a tasting cup.

    gaia the goddess

Gaea is a powerful god from greek mythology and is also called mother earth

In Greek mythologyGaia (/ˈɡə, ˈɡə/;[1] from Ancient Greek Γαῖα, a poetical form of Γῆ , "land" or "earth"),[2] also spelled Gaea /ˈə/,[1] is the personification of the Earth[3] and one of the Greek primordial deities. Gaia is the ancestral mother—sometimes parthenogenic—of all life. She is the mother of Uranus (the sky), from whose sexual union she bore the Titans (themselves parents of many of the Olympian gods), the Cyclopes, and the Giants; as well as of Pontus (the sea), from whose union she bore the primordial sea gods. Her equivalent in the Roman pantheon was Terra.

Gaea infused her life essence into all living beings on Earth She protected Earth from the influence of Set supporting the development of humanity over dinosaurs and leading the Celestials to destroy a group of Serpent Men

How many children did Gaea have? Gaea had 15 children: Uranus Pontus Ourea Titans, Hecatoncheirea Cyclopes Gigantes The Erinnyes Meliades Nereus Thaumas Phorcys Ceto Eurybia and Typhoeus

However as a mother and daughter they also love each other. Indra, specifically, has a deep care for Gaia protecting her several times such as willingly sacrificing herself in Blodreinas fighting pits The two share an important moment during the Battle for Eden as Gaias been hit and almost dies in Indras arms

Gaia herself symbolizes all life and fertility as shes the original source of all life on earth Today the name Gaia symbolizes an all-loving mother earth who is nourishing nurturing and protecting

When Zeus was born Rhea gave Cronus a stone wrapped in swaddling-clothes in his place which Cronus swallowed and Gaia took the child into her care With the help of Gaias advice Zeus defeated the Titans

a flash of light then darkness

As I'm lying on the hard, cold, concrete floor I see a flash of light then darkness. I wake up strapped to a chair with a bag over my head. I start screaming for help then I hear a voice. I asked what happened and the man said that he knocked me out then kidnapped me. but for a good reason he said that my mum and dad kidnaped me when I was little and that they escaped from a mental ward. and when they escaped they kidnap me then I said who are you the man said your brother i was in shock he took the bag off my head and he looked just like me. I screamed he said that we are identical twins and he said our actual parents are dying.

i had to write a 100 word story but its 131 but the teachers fine with that and we had to put a word in it and the word is a flash of light then darkness
