hello readers now for a long time now we have been learning volume and capacity for maths i suck at it but it is really fun we got for glasses that water goes in but we did not have water in it for ours .

school in the olden days

school in the past was different

the clothes were different the girls wore dresses and the boys wore long socks shorts a t-shirt jackets a tie and i think more.

 the buildings would of been all wood it was not fancy like now well in 1916 the wood like the kids desks and the teachers desk.

 now you think they were not punished but no they ither got hit on the hand by a ruler or hit by a walking cane i do not think they had a time out like we do well geting hit was there time out.   

face drawing

a few weeks ago in art we had to cut our face that is on a paper then choose a side and then try draw what your other side would look like i picked the right side to keep and the my left i had to draw and the drawing looks completely different and we also we got things from the teacher to put around our face.  

my pig will not let me watch tv

today for reading we read a poam it was funny and the poam will go like

my pig won't let me watch TV it's totally unfair he watches anything he wants but he doesn't Ever share I never get to watch cartoons or anything like that he's busy watching farming shows I should have got a cat I should have got a goldfish or a guinea pig or goat instead I have got this pig who's always hogging the remote.

today we watched a short movie of a boy who was camping near a lake and a monster came out of it  but the monster was not wanting to eat the boy but instead he wanted the marshmallows  it is funny

how to make a diamond sword

today we read how to make a diamond pickaxe it was boring because I hate Minecraft because you have to find things then build and it is hard and boring and I do not want to sit around all day building things.

today my mum and aunty went to work from 9 something to I think 6:30 at night I did basically nothing all I did was watched Netflix and youtube but tomorrow me and my mum are going for a walk I am excited I hope I find something fun to do so I am not bored I wish everyone could go to the park I want to make an animation but I have nothing to think of.

today in reading the teacher video called all of my reading and writing class and today she read the big bad wolf and we had to sort out the photos from start to finish it had jack and the beanstalk little red riding hood and a little pinch of the 3 little pigs it was way more fun then having to talk to them in person.

easter day

today my mum did an Easter hunt around the house she got me a bunny mug mini Oreo eggs 2 big eggs and a chocolate bunny thay all will be really good and i hope you all have a good Easter.

drawing

today i did a drawing it is the sorting hat from harry potter i do not have anymore paper in my house but my mum is geting some more to night and i am going for a walk lots of them.

last week we thought of some words to describe ourself we could choose from a sheet of characteristics i chose the words confident,artistic,kind,forgiving and adventurous it was hard to think of words to describe about me can you think of some words to describe yourself?

Today all of my class did an animation but I did a slide we all did it about the green red yellow and the blue zones. It was really fun but I did not know how to put it on my blog.

Maori greetings

today in Maori we learned about Maori greetings. we practiced a lot of Maori greetings like hello and goodbye stuff like that it was very easy because I. am a year 6 and in a year 6\5 class and it is pretty obvious I. know what I know what I'm doing and now I am writing you so I hope you like my post-bye

hey readers it has been a long time since i have writin to you school has been fun so far i love writing my teacher is miss Jones she is nice and the boring thing is that we are not taking home homework but we are taking home spelling today so that is good i'm in the same class thing as my cousin that is fun also i have a really big book in my crate but school is school bye bye :)
